Terms and Conditions

1. Purpose
These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "T&C") govern the contractual relationship between DropPulse (hereinafter "the Publisher") and any individual or legal entity (hereinafter "the Customer") subscribing to one of the plans offered on the DropPulse platform at drop-pulse.com.
2. Service description
DropPulse is a SaaS product intelligence platform for dropshippers. It detects trending products on TikTok and AliExpress, analyses their commercial potential using artificial intelligence, and generates optimised Shopify product listings.
3. Pricing and subscriptions
Subscriptions are billed monthly in euros (€), inclusive of tax. Current pricing is displayed on the platform's pricing page. The Publisher reserves the right to modify prices at any time with 30 days' notice communicated by email.
Payments are processed securely by Stripe. No banking data is stored on DropPulse servers.
4. Right of withdrawal
In accordance with applicable consumer law, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for services fully performed before the end of the withdrawal period. However, the Customer may cancel their subscription at any time from the Settings page, without penalty, effective at the end of the current billing period.
5. Termination
The Customer may cancel their subscription at any time from their account. Access to the service remains active until the end of the paid period. No partial refund will be issued for unused days.
The Publisher reserves the right to terminate a Customer's access in the event of breach of these T&C or misuse of the service.
6. Liability
DropPulse strives to provide information that is as accurate as possible. However, AI-generated scores and analyses are indicative only and do not constitute investment advice or a guarantee of commercial results. The Publisher cannot be held liable for decisions made by the Customer based on the information provided.
7. Governing law
These T&C are governed by French law. Any dispute shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts.
