When you use DropPulse, we collect the following data:

  • Billing data: managed directly by Stripe (we do not store your banking details)
  • Usage data: products analysed, listings generated, competitors tracked
  • Technical data: IP address, browser type, connection logs

3. Purposes of processing

Your data is processed for the following purposes:

  • Providing and personalising the DropPulse service
  • Managing your account and subscription
  • Sending transactional emails (confirmation, daily digest)
  • Improving the service and security
  • Complying with our legal and accounting obligations

4. Legal basis

The processing of your data is based on the performance of the contract (subscription) and, where applicable, our legitimate interest in improving our service and preventing fraud.

5. Retention period

Your data is retained for the duration of your subscription, then for 3 years after cancellation for accounting and legal purposes. Technical log data is deleted after 12 months.

We use the following sub-processors to operate the service:

  • Supabase — database and authentication
  • Stripe — payment processing
  • OVH — server hosting
  • Anthropic (Claude) — AI processing of product data
  • Resend — transactional email delivery
